These terms apply to your use of DigScout (digscout.com and app.digscout.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
DigScout is a B2B signal intelligence platform. We collect publicly available government filings — building permits, business registrations, contractor licenses, safety records, and similar public data — and use AI to help sales teams find and act on opportunities.
We do not collect private data, personal financial information, or anything not publicly available from government sources.
You need an account to use DigScout. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If something looks wrong, tell us immediately.
You must be 18 or older and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms if you're using DigScout for business purposes.
DigScout offers paid plans with different usage levels. All plans include a 7-day free trial.
Each plan has weekly limits on Scout AI messages and lead profile views. These limits reset every Monday at midnight EST. If you hit your limit, you can upgrade your plan or wait for the reset.
We reserve the right to enforce rate limits on API requests to keep the service stable for everyone.
All data in DigScout comes from publicly available government sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but we don't guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Government data has gaps, delays, and errors — and so will we sometimes.
You should not make critical business decisions based solely on DigScout data. Verify important information through official channels before acting on it.
Scout is our AI assistant. It analyzes data and generates suggestions, outreach drafts, and lead recommendations. Scout is a tool — not a substitute for human judgment. Its outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
AI-generated content (emails, suggestions, analysis) is yours to use. We don't claim ownership of it. You're responsible for reviewing anything Scout produces before sending it to real people.
Your ICP profile, pipeline, saved leads, and Scout conversations belong to you. We store them to provide the service and won't share them with other users or third parties.
You can export your data or request deletion at any time by contacting support.
DigScout, the DigScout logo, Scout AI, and the overall design of the service are our intellectual property. The underlying public data belongs to its respective government sources.
You retain ownership of anything you create using the service (emails, notes, pipeline data).
DigScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs. Use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigScout and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using DigScout anytime by cancelling your subscription. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
After termination, we'll delete your personal data within 30 days unless you request otherwise.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
